If you would like to minimize bias when your teachers are creating classes you can select Yes for Blind Sort in Settings.
With a Blind Sort your teachers won't be able to see the next year's teacher names on the Compose screen.
Keep with Teacher Placement Request is Disabled
With blind sort enabled the Keep with Teacher placement request option will be disabled. If teachers are able to select this they will know which teacher is assigned to which class.
