The Free Trial allows you to test out all of our features with one grade level in your school to see if it meets your needs. The Free Trial account will be the same account you will use if you choose to subscribe. Once you commit to being a customer, we will upgrade your Free Trial account so you have access to all of the grade levels in your school.
The Safe Start: Testing with Demo Data
Entering a full grade level of actual students can be a hurdle when you just want to take a test drive. We recommend using our pre-filled demo students to explore the program’s placement logic and balancing features in a stress-free manner. When you’re ready to go live, you can easily purge the demo data and securely import your actual student rosters.

Use Admin Compose for the simplest way to experience the program yourself. Teacher Compose can also be used but it requires inviting a teacher and having that person do the first version of Compose.
Go to Set Up > Classes and add three classes for your current year grade level and for the next year grade level.

Use this sheet to do a Data Import for your current year grade level. Watch this video for instructions: Initial Roster Import for New Schools Training Video
Option: Add an individual student and grade. Here are the directions: Adding a Student in the Current Year Mode
Option: Enter Placement Requests (Do NOT Place with Student for example) on a few of the Student Cards.
Run Compose to create classes. Select Start Over to try again.
Option: Set some Compose Rules to cluster certain Identified students into certain classes automatically.
If you want to move forward and subscribe, Permanently Delete all of the test students by following these directions:
Go to Settings > Archive Students in Bulk > Yes.
Go to the current year grade level Digital Data Wall.
For each class select the trash icon > Yes to Archive Students.
Repeat for all the classes and all the grade levels.
Permanently Delete. Go to Students > Archived Students > select the first checkbox at the top left of the table > Permanently Delete Selected.
