What your school needs to do:

Please include the person who will coordinate Class Composer at your school. Other team members are welcome to attend.
Agree to the following pilot terms:
If your school chooses to continue:
Confirm your intent through a purchase order or an approved invoice arrangement before July 1, 2027. Your annual paid subscription will run from July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2028 unless your school requests a different subscription term.
If your school chooses not to continue:
Pilot access will end on July 1, 2027, and your school's data will be permanently deleted on July 31, 2027.
Can we try Class Composer with one grade level before the whole school uses it?
Yes! We recommend starting with one grade level, since each grade-level can create its classes for next year independently. That team can then learn the program firsthand and then help the other teams to get started.
