How do we view the previous year student data after selecting Move to Next Year?

Clicking the Move to Next Year button will migrate all the classes to the next academic year in the system which is the final step in the process. By default the Student Cells will be grayed out to be ready to accept new data for the new academic year.  The historical data entered from the previous year/s is still there.  Here are the different ways to access:

  1. On the Digital Data Wall select the previous year:

  1. For individual students open the Student Card > Print PDF > Historical Student Record > Generate:
