# Whole-School Pilot

## **What your school receives:**

**Free access for all grade levels through June 30, 2027:** Explore Class Composer and create class lists for your entire school. No obligation to purchase. No credit card required.

**A guided orientation for your team:** We’ll help set up your account, answer your questions, and walk you through creating balanced classes with ready-to-go sample student data. No student data preparation is needed beforehand.

**Support throughout your pilot:** Customizable training and customer support are available as needed.

## **What your school needs to do:**

**Attend a 15-minute orientation session:** Please include the person who will coordinate Class Composer at your school. Other team members are welcome to attend.

**Agree to the following pilot terms:** If your school chooses to continue: Confirm your intent through a purchase order or an approved invoice arrangement before July 1, 2027. Your annual paid subscription will run from July 1, 2027 through June 30, 2028 unless your school requests a different subscription term.

If your school chooses not to continue: Pilot access will end on July 1, 2027, and your school's data will be permanently deleted on July 31, 2027.

**Can we try Class Composer with one grade level before the whole school uses it?** Yes! We recommend starting with one grade level, since each grade-level can create its classes for next year independently. That team can then learn the program firsthand and then help the other teams to get started.
